Dr. Muhammad Sajjad

Dr. Muhammad Sajjad is a distinguished academic, researcher, and education leader in the field of Management Sciences, currently serving as Associate Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, Foundation University School of Science and Technology (FUSST), Foundation University Islamabad. He earned his PhD in Management Sciences from the same institution and is an HEC approved PhD supervisor with more than 21 years of teaching experience in higher education, including over 16 years of post PhD academic service.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sajjad has demonstrated strong academic and administrative leadership by serving in key positions including Head of Department, Program Coordinator, and Director Research. He has played an active role in academic planning, curriculum development, quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional governance, contributing significantly to the strengthening of higher education standards in Pakistan.
As a researcher, Dr. Sajjad has built an impressive scholarly profile with more than 50 research publications, an h-index of 15, and over 2,500 citations in reputable national and international journals. His research focuses on technology adoption, human resource management, innovative work behavior, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and contemporary challenges in marketing and management. His work is widely recognized for connecting behavioral insights with technological and organizational perspectives to address real world workplace and management challenges.
Dr. Sajjad has successfully supervised more than 50 graduate level research theses and has led several funded research projects. His academic contributions have supported research capacity building, policy development, and evidence-based management practices across Pakistan.
Known for his commitment to academic excellence, mentorship, and impactful research, Dr. Sajjad continues to inspire students, scholars, and professionals through his dedication to teaching, innovation, and the advancement of management education.
